We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team as part-time Executive Trainers and Executive Coaches.
The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

- Executive Position: You should currently hold or have held an executive position in a leading company, demonstrating a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership challenges, and business acumen.
- Experience and Maturity: You possess a wealth of professional experience and are 40 years of age or older, as we value the insights and experience that come with a seasoned professional and bring valuable insights and expertise to guide and mentor executives.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, particularly in the area of presentations, are essential for effectively delivering training and coaching sessions to executives.
- Passion for Developing Leaders: You should have a genuine interest in fostering the growth and development of Thailand’s leaders, recognizing the impact they can have on organizations and society as a whole.
- Availability: Candidates should be available to dedicate a minimum of 10 days per year for training sessions. Flexibility in scheduling is highly valued.
- Teaching or Facilitation Experience: You should have a proven track record of teaching or facilitating executive training sessions, demonstrating the ability to engage and inspire participants.
- Coaching Certification: For those applying for the role of Coach, certification from an international coaching practice such as International Coach Federation, or Professional Certified Coach is required.
